Shipping Policy
All Shipping Addresses:
- Shipping addresses must be exclusively in Latin characters.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
- Delivery to a PO box is advised only for the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer’s own risk.
- PO box addresses are not supported by Express Delivery and might encounter delays.
Shipping to or within Germany:
- Home delivery requires recipient’s name, street address, house number, apartment number (if applicable), floor number (optional), zip code, and country.
- PO box addresses cannot be used for orders to or within Germany.
- For shipments to parcel lockers or Packstations, recipient must activate Deutsche Post/DHL account and enter the postal number in the address.
Shipping to Brazil:
- If ordering from Brazil, contact info@basterecords.com and include your name, email address, phone number, and your 11-digit CPF tax number. This information is required to fulfill your order.
Shipping to Chile:
- If ordering from Chile, contact info@basterecords.com and include your name, email address, phone number, and your 8 or 9-digit RUN/RUT tax number. This information is required to fulfill your order.
Note: Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the order being returned to the sender. Customers should ensure that all necessary information is provided to avoid delivery issues.
