Return Policy

Ordering Error or Change of Mind:

  • Baste Records products are made-to-order and unique, so returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

Damaged Product or Manufacturing Error:

  • If your product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, you must contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
  • Please submit an issue by contacting info@basterecords.com and provide your order receipt or confirmation information and a clear photo showing the issue. 

Resolution for Damaged Product or Manufacturing Error:

  • Baste Records offers a free replacement or a refund for damaged products or manufacturing errors.
  • Processing a replacement or a refund for damaged products may take up to 10 business days after the submitting your issue to info@basterecords.com

Refund Process: 

  • If your selected billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.

Multiple Products with the Same Issue:

  • If there's an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo or video showing all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
